We are looking for a qualified candidate for the following position:

POSITION: Supervisor Technician RU

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for assigned tasks (rework /sorting / screening) placed at different customer´s factories
• Operators leadership, their training, manage assigned process and responsibility for worker´s quality results
• Working processes adjustment, their supervision and quality check
• Direct communication to customers
• Arrange equipment for sorting/rework / screening
• Reporting to customers and to home operation centre
• Travel around Russia and Europe /to customer´s location

WE REQUIRE:
• Engineering background / Technical high school diploma / technical university degree
o Telecommunications / Electro production background
o Quality engineering / Failure Analyses / RMA verification experience
o LCD panels technology knowledge / experience
• Fluent Russian / advanced English
• Communicativeness
• Flexibility and independency
• Organizational skills
• Location Moscow /St.Petersburg /or close neighbourhood

ADVANTAGE :
• Experience in automotive industry - in quality, production line or other specifics engineering position
• Failure Analyses / RMA verification experience
• LCD panels technology knowledge / experience
